What is Toastmasters?

Toastmasters is an international, non-profit organisation aimed at providing communication and leadership skills within the community and the workplace, especially in the area of public speaking. Special emphasis is placed on developing the skills of positive evaluation, listening, impromptu speaking, grammar and training.

Toastmasters clubs are funded by club members. Each club is self-managed by an executive committee appointed by club members. Club meetings are conducted in an environment that is supportive, fun, motivational and educational, as we develop togethewr to improve our communication skills.
